1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Wellspace Therapies website, booking an appointment, or visiting our clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Medical and Wellness Disclaimer
Important Health Notice:
The information provided on our website, through educational blog content, or during initial consultations is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Naturopathy and physical therapy are complementary and holistic forms of care, and treatment results can vary from person to person.
3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
To ensure all patients have access to our services, we enforce the following policies:
- Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance through our online platform or by contacting the clinic directly.
- Payments: Payment for services (e.g., Full Body Wellness Check-Up, Physical Therapy) may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival at the clinic. All online payments are processed securely.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next patient, but the full appointment fee will still apply.
4. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, healing environment for our patients and staff. We expect all visitors and patients to treat our clinic staff and other patients with respect. Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of services and removal from the premises.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (including articles, design, text, graphics, and logos), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wellspace Therapies and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wellspace Therapies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
